Our Herd

Our First Girls:
| These are our first does. Dale and I were looking for something that we could do together, involve the family and provide a second source of income. I can’t tell you exactly how we came to the conclusion of raising goats, but we both have a natural bent toward things “country”. After some research we decided that it was a good fit for our resources and family. We did an online search and decided to visit CornerStone Farm in Red Oak, Virginia. We just fell in love with these funny creatures! We were also impressed with Barb’s knowledge of the breed and the quality of her animals. We purchased our first animals from her in the summer of 2007 and have been enjoying them ever since. |

Our Herd:
| This is our other herd who help to lighten the load. We are a blended family with 5 teenagers and 1 preschooler. Things are never dull or boring at our house especially with the antics of our preschooler. What a crew! |
